In the past five years, the most frequent causes of death in Taiwan were cancer, heart and lung diseases, diabetes, liver and kidney problems. Most of the diseases are directly related to the way people eat and drink, the environment under which people work and live, and the way that people handle stress and strike a balance of life.

Avoid fatty foods, consume more vegetable and fruit. Exercise is important. Cancer is horrible, but many cancer diseases are now curable, if cures are applied at an early stage.
