Rotary District Membership Chair-Elect Hans Doge calls on all Rotarians to acknowledge recruiting new members as a priority for the new Rotary Year.

Rotarian Hans Doge made a heartfelt appeal to all Rotarians to bring in new blood for the clubs. Only 8 out of 53 clubs in the District have shown growth in membership in the current year. New members and new ideas are needed to reverse this declining trend, which is very much attributed to a generally aging membership among the clubs. Every member has the responsibility to bring in new members. Consistency - "one bite at a time" is what is needed for the clubs to continue to grow.
