special venue arrangement for our Sun Shine Meeting
--- every first Tuesday evening
It is decided by the board meeting on Sep/29 for setting up
Sun Shine Meeting.
Starting from Oct. 6, 2009, we will change meeting place for the
1st Tuesday
of every month. The other routine meeting will be remain unchanged at existing venue at
Best Western Abercon Inn, 9260 Bridgeport Road, Richmond (Tuesday 18:30-20:30)
It means that our scheduled monthly club affairs meeting (1st week of every month) will be formed as Sun Shine Meeting arrangement.
Hope it will bring multiple choices and more fun to all members.
1. We will announce the venue of next month Sun Shine Meeting in our regular meeting on 2nd week every month.
2. We are sorry for the inconvenience to our Rotarians who want to make up their attendance in our club. You are welcome to join us on the particular venue.
